Guidelines
Caledonia Media has produced a series of Media Guidelines
that are in use nine languages worldwide. The first
set was in Hungary, The Visegrad Guidelines, and has
been described as: "the definitive set of media
guidelines in Europe".
The latest set is specifically written for journalists
and broadcasters in Nepal. The British Ambassador in
Kathmandu, Dr Andrew Hall OBE, said: "This set
of guidelines is a key part of the process of democratising
Nepal. I hope these Guidelines will be widely read by
all Nepalese journalists and that they will find them
a valuable practical guide."
